The Wave Rebellion Sonic is part of Mizuno's Rebellion series of speedier shoes, with design elements aiming at helping you push your limits.

A Wave plate has been extended to the forefoot, offering improved energy return, while the top midsole section uses Enerzy foam, 117% softer and 115% more bouncy than their previous U4ic material.

Strategically placed X10 rubber in the outsole offers enhanced durability with a balance of weight saving. The upper uses a gusset tongue to create a smooth secure fit around the midfoot.
